• Instructions for poaching eggs:
• 1. Wash hands before using.
• 2. Pour 1-2 cups of water into pan or pressure cooker and simmer on medium-low heat.
• 3. Place egg cups on tray and crack one egg into each cup on countertop.
• 4. Use handle to transfer tray and cups into water.
• 5. Cover pan and cook for 2-5 minutes or until cooked to preference.
• 6. Use silicone mitt to remove egg cups and serve on plate.
